Your user profile is where all your personal details related to your Avidon account are stored. This includes your name, email, cell phone number, and other preferences and specifications.
These details enable our system to perform various functions to improve your experience, including:
- Sending you relevant notifications via email and/or SMS
- Aligning notifications and records with your time zone
- Presenting units of measurement using your preferred method (in trackers, for example)
- Using your preferred social handle (in group challenges, for example)
When you are on the website, you can use the profile settings page to modify your personal details, manage notifications, download or print records of finished courses, and download the Avidon Health app and/or synchronize your mobile device with your ongoing courses. You can also delete your account in the profile settings. When you are on the mobile app, you can modify your name, your email, your social handle, and your time zone.
To access your personal information on the web platform, look for the blue icon resembling a person at the top right corner of the screen, click on it, and then click on "My Profile" from the dropdown:
If you are on the app, you can reach your profile from the menu on the bottom of the screen by selecting the More option, then selecting Profile:
